STRAND LIGHTING ASIA,Ltd.. A computerised Galaxy Nova control system manage the lighting for the entire stage. More than 1,000 lights will be purchased from the STRAND LIGHTING ASIA,Ltd. , including Profile, Fresnel, and Prism Convex Spotlights. A PANI lighting device for special stage effects permits the projection on to the stage of scenes, flames, storm clouds, fleecy clouds, etc. It will also be adapted with a STRAND colour scroller.

 Completely fire-proof fabrics, including safety curtains, theatre screen and scrims. All curtains, scrims, and screens will be designed and installed by Theatre Fabrics & Technical Consultant Co.,Ltd., which designs and makes most of the fabrics for theatres in East Asia. The KAD Theatre and Playhouse will be equipped with a standard theatre curtain system. Each curtain will be made of non-flammable material, with special attention given to the main curtain of the KAD Theatre which is also a fire safety curtain. Each theatre will include a large-scale screen for projecting images from before and behind the screen. Each Theatre will be equipped with a scrim for a transparent or translucent effect on the stage.

| General Info |
 Motorised counterweights for controlling the arrangements of System the stage, orchestra pit, and scenery bars. The KAD Theatre will be equipped with 75 stage lighting and scenery bars, movable up and down by a counterweight system. A movable controlling motor will permit each bar to be motorised. The Orchestra pit may be devided into 3 parts, each of which may be moved up and down by motorised counterweight system. The stage floor of the KAD Theatre may be devided into thirty-two 2m*4m, sections which can be independently raised and lowered by a standard or motorised counterweight system. Each of the 32 sections may used as a trap door, controllable by the same system.
